Meet Georgina…
I have built a career partnering with leaders to create high performing, people focused organisations. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and organisational development to employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and HR strategy. Having worked within fast-paced commercial environments, I understand how to balance business objectives with exceptional people practices.
I pride myself on providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions that help organisations navigate change, develop capable managers, and build positive workplace cultures. Whether supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives, coaching managers to confidently lead their teams, or delivering engaging training that drives real behavioural change, my approach is always practical, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of the business. At NeoGen HR, my mission is to help organisations grow by developing confident leaders, empowered employees, and workplaces where both people and businesses can thrive.

My career has given me the opportunity to support organisations at every stage of growth, from established operations to rapidly scaling businesses. As an Operational Manager within the childcare sector, I oversaw 21 settings across the South West, leading both operational performance and HR strategy while managing the day-to-day people function across multiple locations.
During this time, I supported the organisation’s growth from 13 to 21 settings and played a key role in developing its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), helping to strengthen employee engagement, attraction, and retention. I also led and contributed to a range of strategic HR and operational projects, including the development of a competency framework, GDPR implementation, health and safety compliance, pension auto-enrolment, workforce planning, and budget management, ensuring the organisation had robust, scalable processes to support continued growth.
I later joined a fast-growing games company as HR Manager, where I developed and implemented the company’s HR strategy and served as a trusted member of the leadership team. During my time there, I helped scale the business from 12 employees to a global workforce of more than 90 employees, contractors, and Employer of Record (EOR) workers, building people processes that supported sustainable growth while maintaining a strong company culture.
Alongside my in house HR leadership experience, I have also advised international games studios on establishing a UK presence, providing practical guidance on UK employment law, HR best practice, and building compliant, commercially effective people strategies.
