The option to book 1/2 dedicated day(s) each month, providing consistent and reliable access to your HR support.
Alternatively, you can purchase a block of hours to use flexibly across projects and HR requirements. For example, 1 day = 7 hours of support.
As an ongoing client, I will take the time to understand your business, people, culture and objectives, allowing me to provide more informed, commercially focused and consistent HR support.
Ongoing knowledge of your business means you won’t need to repeatedly explain your organisation, people or processes each time you need HR support.
Hours can be used for various pre-agreed HR activities.
